AJM offer a free, no obligation surveying and quotation service. This involves an experienced member of our team viewing, measuring and assessing the proposed area of works. Upon completion of the survey, any preparation work will be advised upon and with any queries you may have being resolved. This information will allow AJM to give you a highly detailed and competitive estimate along with the best possible products and installation method available.

Under Floor Heating
As a very popular addition to your new floor, AJM Property Services also offer the service of supplying and fitting under floor heating. The latest foil mat systems allow us to do this with only a 2mm (minimum) change in floor height. When installed correctly, under floor heating can add that extra feel of luxury to your room and can even reduce fuel bills in the home.
AJM would carry out all work to the highest standards following a full survey to ensure the correct type and range of product is used. Any electrical work undertaken would be certified to current regulations with any modifications being advised and estimated for during the survey process.
