"Reference the work carried out by your company in January to replace the shower, sink and unit, and toilet, together with the necessary wall retiling and tiling the floor in my bathroom.
I am really thrilled with the standard of finish. I would also like to thank you for a couple of extra points. Firstly for the advice regarding the style and size of the units you felt should be fitted, and secondly for dealing directly with my insurance company following the damage. It took the hassle of me having to deal with them, relaying messages etc. out of my life. "I needed some building work done and asked around to find out if anyone had had any builders in recently that had done a good job. One of my friends suggested AJM Property Services.
I gave them a call and they came over and gave me a quote for a new bathroom. The price was very reasonable so we booked a time slot. They did most of the work while we were away on holiday so as to impact on us as little as possible. When we came back from holiday, Tony suggested that the bathroom would look even better if the tiles went all the way along a wall, rather than just around the sink. The suggestion made a massive difference to the look of the room.
The work was carried out to a very high standard, so much so that when a neighbour knocked on the door asking if the builders that we had had were any good I did not hesitate to invite her in to show her their work. She called them the next day.
We have since had them back to fit double glazing, a new staircase, some floor tiling around the new staircase and a downstairs toilet.
I am now awaiting a quote from them to fit a cupboard under the stairs, box in some pipes and replace my garage roof, door and window.
I would happily recommend AJM property services to anyone requiring any type of building work".
