AJM Property Services provide a professional and customer driven tiling service dedicated to both the domestic and commercial markets. Over the years, tiling has proven to be one of the most common trades we undertake within our extensive portfolio of work. As a direct result we have completed literally hundreds of tiling contracts and have been faced with every kind of surface conceivable. We are therefore able to offer you the correct professional solution for your particular requirements whatever they may be.
With no cost or obligation, AJM can provide you with a fully itemised estimate that meets with your specific needs. For each estimate we would visit the premises concerned in order to make an informed assessment of your requirements. This will include a full measurement to calculate the required meterage, an assessment of the surface of which the tiles are to be fitted (with recommendations for prior surface treatment should this be necessary) and advice on the suitability of different types of tiles for your particular application. In addition AJM also offer the option of supplying and delivering your tile choice direct to your door. We even return any unused tiles for a full credit which is passed entirely to you, the customer. All that we ask you to do is simply visit one of our suppliers, choose your tiles and we do the rest for you. Our purchase of tiles each year is significant and as a result we can offer substantial discounts on your tiles, adhesives, sealants and grouts.
All types of tiles, whether they be porcelain, granite, travertine, slate, glass, limestone or ceramic are included within what AJM has to offer. We also take great pride in our ability to adapt to each of our clients needs ensuring the minimum disruption whilst tiling takes place. We have the flexibility to work extended hours for larger floors that require laying within a certain period. Where commercial premises are concerned we also offer out of hours working to enable your business to function as normal.
